I'm happy to share that the island now has one new resident! Phillip James was born yesterday and both he and Natasha are doing well. Just check in with Nat or myself before stopping by in the next couple of days, just to make sure we're up for visitors. I freely admit to wanting to monopolize my son's time for a couple of days.

Between the rain and the pizza and beer, I guess the gods must be pretty happy with us.

With the dorms finished, I was wondering... who's planning to live in them? I'm still trying to decide if I want to give up my shelter.

The special bonfire with all the food the other week was really cool! I know we don't have the supplies to have them every week, but it would be nice if we could do it more often!

I've been thinking.

If you had asked me six months ago, I might have said that day after day in paradise might bore me. Nothing can be further from the truth.

However, I did spot what looked to be a small atoll off shore this morning and might venture a swim out to it. If anyone would to join me, it might be a nice adventure.

I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen and it turns out that I'm not a bad cook. I taught myself how to make omelettes. So if anyone wants to try one, I'm offering my services.

What offerings do they require and where are their temples? Were I given lend of a bow I could bring down a bull for sacrifice at the altars.

Between the snow and the baby it seems like I haven't been fishing in weeks, and I miss it. Tomorrow morning I'm going to make time for it.

What the Kriff? Okay seriously. I DO NOT LIKE SNOW. I hate snow. Excuse me while I just freeze to death. I've never seen snow before or been in weather this cold. Or close to this cold. I don't know what to do.

Clark Sullivan-Odair was just born about half an hour ago. He's perfect. Chloe is resting now, but doing well.

I thought this was supposed to be some kind of tropical island but it looks like I've been dropped off on a snow planet. Anyone have any idea how I'm supposed to get in touch with Arva so I can get to the right place because this can't possibly be it.
