So many people had told her with each passing full moon it would get easier, they told her she'd become more in control of the wolf and things would get better. Right now Lavender was convinced they where all liars. Things weren't getting easier, they weren't getting better...

...they were getting worse.

This wasn't like a Doctor Jekyll/Mr Hyde type thing, there wasn't two distinct personalities when she changed. She was still her, she was still Lavender, but something had simply shifted. It was hard to explain, it was hard to understand, Lavender didn't understand it herself. All she knew is that when she wolfed, it was still her and most of the time she liked it.

Yeah, she had taken precautions. She had asked Castiel to kill her if it ever seemed that she was more wolf than human, and to not hesitate at all. She had made the same bargain with Peter when he was here. But that didn't really change things, it didn't stop the awful feeling in the pit of her stomach sometimes. This horrible feeling that she could lose control and the possibilities of what could happen.

She told everyone she was okay. She told them she was going to live life to the fullest as werewolves didn't have long life spans (which was very true), but it didn't change the fact that every night she'd stare up at the moon and wonder how long it would take before she snapped.

Maybe things would be better if she offed herself now. No risk. No risk of hurting anyone...ever.

Was she just being stupid? Lupin handled it didn't he? Or was he good at faking it too?

Lavender closed her eyes trying to stop all the thoughts in her brain, she rested her head on the table (which was nice and cool). She sat at a booth in one of the many bars of LA Jack wasn't even at the bar yet and Lavender was already well on her way to being drunk.

Jack had been feeling off all week. He wasn't sure bar hopping was a great way to fix that feeling either. Temptation all around. But he needed the practice if he and Sam were going for pool later on. It'd been along time since he'd been in a bar, exactly a year to the date almost. He was just getting off duty from the Police Station, badge still hanging around his neck when he pushed open the doors and winced at the looks he was given by a shady few who turned to see the doors open. Right, badge away. Bars weren't very friendly with cops most of the time. Tucking said badge into the pocket of his black pants with the single red stripe down each leg, he looked around for the young blond girl and headed over as he spotted her table.

Raising an eyebrow at the empty glasses he sighed. Remembering why he was never a fan of bar to begin with before his sting in L.A. They smelled awful and looked even worse.. Technically he wasn't supposed to legally drink anyways, so if tempted he could turn around and arrest the tender if actually given anything and felt a need to be an asshole, currently though he was just cranky and picky. So he ignored it. "Rough night huh?" He slid into the other side of the booth, pulling off his S.P.D. jacket and just wearing a simple red shirt underneath. Always red. It was after all the best color. The scent caused him to look over at the bar tender washing a glass longingly. He chewed his lip and forced his eyes back to hers.
