He was very grateful for the being rescued and everything, but they still needed to talk. Jacen was feeling somewhat tired still, even with the Jedi abilities helping him to recover. He had been kept awake for days with those annoying shocks and drugs in his system, and he couldn't deny that holding onto his family as he walked wasn't just about wanting to feel them close, it was also about being able to walk in a straight line. Still, their room at the Hyperion was close, the sweet feeling of being home.

Jacen let out a relieved sigh as he opened the door to the suite he shared with Tenel Ka, moving to sit on the couch which right at that moment seemed like the most comfortable place in the world. He grinned at his wife with the characteristic Solo cheekiness.

"Have I told you lately that you're brilliant?"

His gaze shifted to his daughter, who was, he grudgingly admitted, older than he liked to admit. "And you're brilliant too. Now start explaining."
