Any hint of laughing was gone, as was the characteristic Solo smirk. Instead there was just a glare as Jacen leaned forward, straining against the restraints and not even flinching at the latest shock that was sent through his body.
"Let me make one thing clear," his voice was a low growl as he stared at her. "You remember the Caedus who was here, the one who tore through your clients and made even your bosses terrified? He became that because he lost that glowery little one armed alien package. She's my glowery little one armed alien package and if you do anything to make her so much as wince I will show you exactly what Caedus is made of and you will cry like a little, whiny bitch."
He was confident that Tenel Ka was smarter than he was, that she wouldn't have been so duped by Xander and so was not likely to be there was well. And he couldn't even react to the implications of what had been done to the Slayers. He just stared at Eve. He didn't even need to point out to Sam what he would do to him on the off chance that Eve was right and Sam did hurt Tenel Ka. Sam wouldn't. He believed in that. They were both getting out of there and then Jacen was going to Force Lightning Eve in the face.
