WHO: Lavender Brown and OTA (multiple threads are more than welcome) WHERE: The Magic Shop WHEN: October 2, 9:30 am WHAT: Finishing touches and maybe just hanging out STATUS: Incomplete RATING: TBA
So apparently people in the future knew her and her shop, which was just as exciting as it was unsettling (still a lot better than having her future self, or future kids show up here). The comments from Castiel and Anya, and the fact so many people knew her shop was the motivation she needed to keep working on it. It was also the perfect distraction from the upcoming full moon.
Almost everything was out on display, the books in the back, the charms and trinkets and everything else in between at the front (and in full view of the cashier's desk). Anything potentially dangerous was stored in Lavender's office, she was also thinking on working on strict guidelines on selling them - probably something that involved a truth potion.
It still smelt like fresh paint, and for some reason Lavender found herself loving the smell. If only Ron could see her now, or any of the professors at Hogwarts - the looks on their faces would be glorious.
She had left the door unlocked just in case someone wanted to come in and help, or buy some Firewhiskey.
A tiny smile crossed her lips as she glanced about the shop, she couldn't wait until it was open. There should be a party of some sort, maybe some of the future kids could help her plan it. A party was what LA needed right now - like Virgil had said (the future one) an escape of some sort...even though a party didn't really apply as an escape, it was getting away from the insanity.
