Who:Tim Wayne and Kal-El
What: Shopping. He's bad at it, two heads are better than one.
When: September 25th, afternoon.
Where: Bradbury building, then the city
Warnings: probably none, low.
Tim needed things. His room was basically empty and had been for to long now. Almost two weeks. He'd been pretty quiet since his arrival. Didn't have much to say. He tried not to let onto how lost or upset he was feeling, emotions and dealing weren't his strong points. So he bottled it up with useless things like memes, and prowling the boards for new posts. Even in the middle of the night wandering off to find Victor to help him with the buildings security. Anything was good as long as it meant not thinking. Not having time to look back. Batman said looking back was the worst thing any of them could do. They didn't have time to grieve. Tim needed that time, he was cracking. Sometimes it even showed.
Like now..what was he doing? Hanging out with Kal-El like it would somehow fill the void Kon-El left behind? That wasn't right..he knew Kon could never be replaced, but he needed something to hang onto. Someone to keep him from breaking. Who better than the Man of steel himself? Either way, Tim needed a rock. Batman didn't know him, Dick was quiet. It was like in two seconds his entire world did a one eighty. Tim wasn't sure how much more he could handle. So this was him, reaching out.
He waited in the main room, watching t.v. His head back against the couch and his eyes half closed. It still hurt to breathe thanks to his broken ribs. But that was the least of his worries.
