Who: Castiel and Ruby (well who else'll talk to her right now!)
What: Tempt... Convincing?
Where: Her apartment
When: 30th July 2006
Rating: TBD
Status: In Progress

Ruby was hungry. It had been days, four or five at least since Castiel had been here though he was still watching everything she said on the internet, angels had that uncanny ability to know when something was going on they didn't much like and Cas seemed to have an extra sense on top of that especially for her. But truth be told she was trying, legitimatly trying, hard and grating as each moment of failure was. And she knew why he was staying away too. She'd tried to get him to come to her, tried to convince him back into her bed but with no ulterior motive beyond wanting him back.

He'd been here and she'd almost kissed him, almost.

But he didn't trust her, even a little and he knew well what she was capable of by way of temptation. So he'd left and hadn't come back. So she'd been playing Donkey Kong for three days straight pausing only to sleep, it was pointless. Irritating. So why was it addictive. In those hours she'd  thought long and hard about what she could do, something real and tangible like Spike and Anya had hinted at, something that Cas could point to and see that she was trying.

And then it came to her. It wasn't something she wanted to do, not entirely, but for him she was willing. And  so, a few moments later, in her own odd little version of praying she called the Angels name.
