Jacen had had his own experiences with visions, enough to know that it was never wise to dismiss them. He didn't know Cordelia, but she was at the Hyperion, so he was duty bound to protect her and follow her visions.

So the team was assembled and they set out, tracking down the location and what was no doubt some dead body. Why this body was important he had no idea, but he was not about to argue with the Powers.

"Right," he tried not to sound tired as he glanced around at the people. "Anyone got any suggestions as to which direction to try next?"

Kitty was on the ground, following behind the Jedi, while Lockheed soared overhead unseen, swooping down every so often to indicate if he'd found anything or not. So far, he hadn't, but he was covering a lot of ground in his search.

"Was there anything in the vision that might give us more of a clue about where?" she wonders. "Fast food wrappers from one place in particular? Unique landmarks?"

"Usually I go in the direction that I'm more comfortable with," Xander piped up, "so..." He pointed an arm out, touched his eyepatch, and peered out with his good eye. "That way. In..." He felt out with his right arm. "This general direction." He was joking. Mostly. Perhaps now was not the time for that, but hey, what did one expect from a guy like Xander?

Xander kept his attention on the others. He was being as observational as possible, but there was only but so much to do when he didn't know everything about where they were supposed to go, how they were supposed to go about it, and what they were going to expect when they got there.

He was just helping. Hopefully, as soon as they figured things out a bit more, he'd be that much more useful.

Kitty was glad she'd opted not to wear the uniform, dressing in black street clothes instead- she would have felt way overdressed. But she still had the big ole' X belt buckle, if only because not wearing it out on a mission felt a little too weird.

"I'm feeling a little bit of deja-vu here," she admitted. "Last time I was on a find-the-body mission, we found someone alive... that we'd thought was dead for five years. Kind of a shock." A beat, "although you'd think we'd get used to that by now," she added. "Let's hope we find someone still breathing."

She looked up to the small dragon flying overhead. "Lockheed seems to agree with you," she noted to Xander.

Jared had decided to help the team, though to be honest he wasn’t all that must of a team player but he had been encouraged to get more involved. So here he was, joining the others that were with the Jedi. Slipping quietly up to Xander and Kitty, trying on a faint smirk in greeting before turning his full attention to Jacen. He had never met Jacen Solo before nor had ever heard of Star Wars.

However, he did seem to be leader material, so Jared didn’t argue. Instead he listened to the suggestion the others gave, feeling the slight pull of an amused smile seeing Xander’s antic at giving a suggestion. Then, from beneath his hood, he glanced over to Kitty. He arched a brow befuddled. ‘That was a little weird piece of information’ he thought looking at her but he understood why she said it. She was clearly the optimistic thinker of those gathered there yet Jared wasn’t quite as positive. Finally he spoke up “Well…I could try and get a scent…I might be able to track it.”
