She didn't bring the impressive limo. She still sort of wanted to but Lindsey had said understated intimidation sometimes had a better effect. And seeing where he worked now would be interesting, She'd had him over to the firm again, to his old familiar stomping ground. Now she would find his new place of employment. And proove to him that he was wasted there.
Besides she needed the company. Sure the hauling up hadn't been about her, she'd even been the one to bring the little demons plan to their attention. But being there, knowing they still probably didn't consider her loyal. It had been terrifying.
She walked into the lobby, overly expensive heels clicking against the floor and looked around eyes quickly finding her ex, ugh, she hated that word but that was still what he was.
