"You look...married" she said, straight to the point, as he sat opposite her "Drink?"
She called a waiter over and ordered their usual, she still knew him, even if the little actress had managed to get her claws in. Thats why she'd win in the end.
"I mean I suppose I am the same as the last you remember seeing me, more memories in the intervening time, not one of them good. But apparently I'm worthy of a second chance so here I am, old job, same benefits. They're watching pretty close though. I miss the days when they weren't, when they couldn't.
