Though Spike's words were meant to deflect curiosity, her telepathic abilities saw things that she was sure were part of these details he didn't want her to know. Elisabeth saw, first and foremost, that Spike was a vampire and she caught glimpses of enough murders to gather that his name was probably not Spike at all. She wasn't...fearful, but she was surprised, if only by his calm demeanor verses the chaos she saw in his head. The question now, was did she let him know that she knew, or pretend to be oblivious? Perhaps a time would come later on tonight where she could reveal her knowledge. At least she wasn't the older one this time.
Elisabeth rolled her eyes as she took her drink back, drinking as quickly as she was able for the sake of getting him out of here. "Did you leave anyone back home?" Between drinks, she looked at him side-ways.
