Her life had been worse off compared to how it was going now, but she'd seen much happier times. Things hadn't been great since getting back. Ginny had been feeling mostly anti-social. Ever since that brain-sucking hell bitch had been sent back, Ginny had been in rut. Her kids had vanished before it had happened, and when she got back, her husband was gone as well. She still had her brother and best friend, but they were both teenagers, and there was only so much comforting her mum could provide, when she was use to having her own family with her.
So Ginny went about her days, running the Weir, looking on new ways to build security in the place. She was not in the mood for something bad to happen to another of hers. And they were hers now, her people. She ran the Weir, with Tonks' help, since Harry was now gone.
Ginny had just purchased a bag full of new spell books and stalked up on her potion ingredients, though she was learning that you needed ingredients for simple spells in this world too. At least the combination of powers made the Weir a promising defense against attacks.
She was on her way to a safe spot to apparate, when she was stopped outside a store. There was a rack of clothes on display, and they weren't at a bad price. She could use new clothes, especially with a wedding to attend coming up. Adjusting her bag of newly purchased goods into her left arm, while reaching out to examine a dress.
