Sarah shook her head. "The same, again – not better, not worse, not saying much that makes sense when she does talk." Honestly, it broke Sarah's heart to see Niki like that, because over time she'd come to find things to admire about the other woman and her strength – not the physical superpower, but that she'd endured that hellish future and was seeming to be thriving, taking in children who arrived here without families – and right now, she needed as much attention as a child, if not more.
There'd been talk of a way to fix all of them, but thus far, it hadn't come to a head. Glory needed to be taken down, that much was clear.
