He didn't have to hide the smile on his face. It just came. Shaking his head as much as the bite mark allowed it where there wasn't any serious pain coursing through his body. At least Jo had learnt the patented Dean Winchester gratitude spiel. It was just a matter a time before she learnt the Dean Winchester 'I'm keeping you away so you don't get hurt' spiel. He winced a bit, leaning forward for Jo to inspect the wound well enough.
"Aw...c'mon, I might actually might make the fangs look good enough." Usually the pasty ass vampires were cheesy and lame. They could use a guy who'd make the species look...seemingly attractive. He grumbled under his breath as his head was moved to the side, rolling his eyes a bit and muttering 'Yeah right' under his breath. He could deal with anything the young Harvelle through at him.
Or not.
He stifled back the scream from his mouth as she cleaned out the bite mark. Rolling his eyes a bit when she mentioned calling her. Sure, he thought of it once or twice between hunts. But than again, after everything. After Jake had killed Sam. After he'd made the deal. After he'd killed Azazel. And now they were in war. Catching a date didn't seem important anymore. "Got busy..." He gritted out, he wasn't drunk enough for this. He wasn't drunk at all so it hurt like a bitch. Nothing dulling the pain.
Green eyes watched the huntress for a moment, momentarily looking almost nostaglic. When he met her, it was at one of the most worst times of his life, after losing his father. When he wasn't so sure of his own skin or why anyone would bother with him. But he hid it well. Not enough for Sam or hell, even Jo to see through most of it. "Why aren't you with your mom?"
