The vampire wasn’t deterred by Lebia’s screaming, seeming to take a sadistic joy in it instead. He was, however, stopped by the sudden appearance of… Okay, he wasn’t sure what to make of the strange human wearing a gasmask and goggles, as well as carrying some sort of flamethrower.
“What are you supposed to be?” the vampire laughed. “I think I’ll have you next,” he said to ratbarf, his laughter turning into an evil grin. The blue glow looked even more eerie reflecting shadows on the vampire’s face, his fangs glittering in the light.
“Help!” Lebia squeaked as best she could, the vampire’s hand tightening around her throat. She didn’t know who the guy was, but he didn’t look like a monster or Entity, and she was willing to take the chance he wasn’t bad since the vampire apparently didn’t like him either.
