WHO: Cordelia and Gabriel WHAT: Visiting. WHEN: Around 9PM WHERE: Gabriel's room at the Hyperion RATING: TBD (doubt it'll be too high) STATUS: In Progress
Armed with two cups of coffee as well as a small bag of donuts, Cordelia made her way to Gabriel's room without a single ounce of hesitation in her steps. Yes, she knew that he was on a sort of self-imposed exile from the rest of the hotel. She also knew that Peter would prefer he stay in his semi-state of exile until things had settled down a bit. However, neither of those things really mattered all that much to her at the moment, because the simple fact remained that Gabriel was her friend and she was quite tired of not speaking to him in person.
Besides, with her abilities not being genetic, he wouldn't be tempted to crack open her skull and take a peek at her brain. Although even if she had as many abilities as Peter, she still wouldn't care. She missed spending time with Gabriel, she was worried about him, and so she was going to check on him no matter what the situation.
Stopping outside his door, Cordelia only stared at the blank expanse of wood for about two seconds before knocking. There was no need to work up any nerve, after all. She wasn't doing anything wrong.
