Who:Aang and open What: Playing with Appa in the garden When:Monday night Where: Hyperion Garden Warnings: none ;D
Aang was still adjusting to L.A., but thanks to Sarah's classes he had to admit it was getting a little easier. He still wasn't sure he liked 'school, but he had that Cody kid who wanted to do his homework for him at least. He didn't mind that part at all. What he had mixed feelings about was how the world had changed. Nothing was even remotely similar to his world. It was unnerving. That should have meant some of the pressure to be the Avatar was gone, but without it who was he really? Los Angeles needed help, that was for sure. Aang wasn't sure he was able to give it the help it needed. Didn't even know how to start. Thanks to Katara he was in the right place, but it wasn't like there was anyone to tell him where to go from there.
The boy pat Appa's large nose, and was nudged until he fell over in a small pile of greenery. "Appa!" He gave him a slightly stern look and the large Sky Bison gave him a cranky noise in return. Looks like he hadn't been giving Appa enough attention lately-but he couldn't help it, things were so different here. He used air bending to push himself off the ground and hovered a moment in the air before his feet touched back down evenly.
