Who Cassie Chan and Kim Hart
What: Hitting things!
When: Wednesday evening
Where: powerhouse Gym
Warnings: probably none, they're power rangers. ;D
Cassie couldn't sit infront of the computer and watch that conversation anymore. After Faith's reply she got up and left. Grabbed her bag and punched in the numbers on the astro morpher and in a lightning streak of pink she arrived infront the Gym. Probably earlier than expected but her head was ringing with anger. She couldn't sit there and trade comments anymore. Faith didn't know what she was talking about and she'd had enough of that bullshittery.
She was acting as if she was the only one who ever lost anything. The only one who ever had a different idea for how their life was supposed to go. She'd wanted to sing. She wasn't even going to stay in Angel Grove when the bus rolled to a stop and changed her destiny. She was supposed to keep on going on through to L.A. and start a singing career. Then she met T.J. and Tommy and they changed her life. She sacrificed a normal life to be a ranger. Sacrificed her dreams.
And then some. She didn't care what world Faith was from, this or another that didn't give her any right to talk down to them like she did. It seemed continuous and finally she just snapped. Like she was the only one who watched people die, watched friends die. Her heart was still broken from watching Kendrix die for her. Die so she could keep going, For Faith to talk that way..it just brought all that pain to the forefront and Cassie had to get out of there. She started a little early, didn't wait. Couldn't...she had to keep her mind distracted otherwise she'd break all over again. Beating a punching bag with wrapped fist until Kim arrived. Trying to drown her emotion in a heated work out. She'd dealt with that enough, cried so much when they left Terraventure she didn't think there could be anymore tears. She wished, but wishing didn't always turn out the way you wanted. Sweat gathered on her brow as she continued speed. Hair tied back and face stained with moisture.
