Who: Gandalf & Cordelia {Open to others in the Hyperion} What: A Wizard for the Hyperion When: Evening after his graffiti post Where: Way to Hyperion then the Hyperion Rating: Minor Violence
Gandalf had been invited to join the good people of Angel Investigations as they called themselves. It seemed an easy task to walk to their stronghold the Hyperion, once he had directions, but under the current ominous situation some minor obstacles where stalling his time. However a powerful wizard as he was fog and monstrous beasts were no match for Gandalf the white, he gathered a brilliant light to his staff like it had a dazzling star set upon it to guide him. He walked unafraid but kept a keen eye aware of his surroundings as he continued on his trek, climbing over blocks in the road that where set to make movement difficult. This was were his expertise in moving long distance and over difficult terrain came quite handy.
The wizard frowned at the condition of the city, the scent of blood and gore in the air “Mordor would seem a better place” he muttered to himself. Of course this was only the beginning of the difficulty. Suddenly out of the eerie fog came terrible creatures looking quite like twisted human figures, their fingers like sharp claws and a hunger only to attack. The pale-haired wizard lifted up his staff and brought it against the monster with such a force it threw it backwards and took a great deal of the head away as well. Gandalf didn’t have time to celebrate his victory when he caught sight with his staff light more gathering forces of those foul beasts. He shifted it to the other hand as he drew his Elven sword Glamdring ready to do battle. The mighty blade slew them that came to him but he knew it was time to move. Swiftly he made haste, running with all his might forward. Anyone at the entrance of the Hyperion would see a white glow drawing closer and closer until finally a white clad figure broke through the fog.
