Who: Drake and King (OTA with reason to be around) What: little confrontation Where: Near The Lux When: Somewhere around 3am Rating: TBD Status: In progress, open
Drake was growing increasingly bored with this city. There was only so much killing and maiming that could keep one entertained for so long. Still though, he was toying with the idea of possibly making a few companions for himself. There were pros and cons to it. But, the main problem was, they could be fickle. Turn on their masters. The time before had been a mess and had only gotten worse. The vampires that walked his world were just knock offs. Replicas of replicas. Every generation grew weaker and weaker. Drake wondered if ultimately they'd just some damn grow so weak they'd be more like humans. It was a sickening thought.
It was disgusting to think the gift he bestowed to the ones he'd chosen had let it come to this. Then only to be wiped out by their own stupidity. Danica was a disease, a plague that needed to be taken care of. She didn't realize the delicate balance she was disrupting awakening him. Blade was closer to that of his children than any of the vampires he'd encountered thus far his wakening. His only flaw was he aged and his arrogance. While Drake knew he was powerful he wasn't so arrogant as to believe that there wasn't someone some day that might have what it took to end him.
But now, he had other ideas. Which was why he was looming around near the club where he'd ran into King. Apparently he worked there. Now all he had to do was wait for him to come out.
