"You should," Heather replied, nodding. "He was worried about me, and I think he'd like to know I've made some friends here." She was still smiling even as she mentioned Anya. She really didn't hold any grudges against the demon, seeing as how she was forced to grant wishes no matter what. It sucked, but it wasn't like it was her fault. "That must be weird, too, seeing someone you know from some other time period completely."
Suddenly, Heather stood up and headed towards the small kitchen. "I'm a really bad hostess," she said over her shoulder. "You want something to drink or eat?"
