It hurt her head to think about the mixed up nature of this place. Alternate versions, clones, cylons, offspring of superheros that shouldn't exist.. it was way more than just mixed up; it was shoved in a blender and put on puree.
"Another one of those southern comfort thingies, please." She said, waiting at the bar for a table to clear up. It was incredibly hidden and one of those painfully tacky underground sort of bars where people went to either be so trendy it hurt, or attempting to be trendy that it was downright laughable. A band played some 1940s-eqsue big band era war songs and lots of people seemed to be playing along pretending that everything was A-Ok. She shuddered and downed another glass, not caring that she had previously swore off alcohol half a year ago. There was a time and place for everything and this was the time and both place for getting absolutely shitfaced.
