She would have bowed had they been able to separate for more than two seconds, and instead she flashed a cheesy grin.
But it slipped from her face as Sam told his story, replaced with a frown as her eyes flashed with slight anger. "Well, she's a right twat for doing that to you, yeah?" Elisabeth rested her head against his, adding, "You deserve much better, love. Though, I'm happy to hear I have you all to myself." She was trying to lighten the mood, kissing his cheek before he plated kisses along her shoulder, something that sent delightful shivers along her spine.
"He's gone," was all Elisabeth offered on Gabriel, her voice lacking any emotion. She craned her head to take his earlobe between her teeth, encouraging his actions while she wrapped a leg around his body. Which contradicted her next line. "Are we going to remain in the dark or shall we turn on a light?"
