"Neither should I, but here I am, stuck. Just because it isn't your Universe doesn't make it any less important." this guy had a serious superiority complex, that or he was just totally blind, all he could see was what he wanted to see. If he wasn't so powerful, she'd call in pathetic.
"Even if Zod did help you, you still can't take us all on. You can't be that strong." she said, arms crossing over her chest. "And we still have Bart." who, she knew, could defeat him. Kara had no idea if Bart could work this Speed Force business, but it would be really nice if he'd learn. And then there were people like Elaine. Kara wasn't sure, but she was hoping the girl wouldn't allow anyone to outright destroy the world. But maybe that was crossing the line. Still, Kara was positive she would at least do something. "Anyway, there are people here more powerful than you, and many of them want the world in one piece."
She forced herself to stop backing up, even though she wanted to, Kara couldn't allow herself to run away. Backing up showed weakness. She might not be as strong, but she wasn't a coward.
