Max was still trying to get past the concept of having an entire building dedicated to just computer work. Okay, it wasn't the most outlandish concept, but Diana was offering her her own space to work as she saw fit. As much as she didn't mind the Hyperion, it might be nice to have a sort of private place. A place where she didn't feel the need to hide her computer screen sometimes to cover up what she was working on.
"I should probably stay at Angel Investigations," she said finally. "They're my main source of computer and junkfood money, because I totally should not be stealing from banks while I'm on the JLA." Probably shouldn't be babbling about that either. She rolled her eyes at her tendency. "What I mean is, I can't stay here permanently, but I can work when I can. And I can set up a security system if you want me to. Um... I mean if you're not going to do it Comish-- er, Barbara."
"Be my guest," the redhead answered with a raised eyebrow. Max was glad, at that moment, that one couldn't see the blush flushing through her skin. "I'm still working on my own."
"Okay," Max said, looking down slightly as she could feel her cheeks continue to flush. "So, yeah, I can work on that and be here part time or something."
