She was aware that this was a bad idea under the circumstances, still the Master had actually agreed to both stay out of the way and to stop threatening to kill their friend, which proved he wasn't quite as stupid as she sometimes thought. Apparently though some of his rather careless nature was rubbing off on her, there was no other explanation for why she'd have agreed to the Doctor visiting her here, where the Master was somehow living, well there was the hyper vodka of course. That probably didn't help.
She smiled when he knocked, rather than just walking in as the Master had done, but then they were very different people. The Doctor had manners, while the Master, well the Master believed everything he wanted was his, which was quickly believing to be true. Open the door she looked at him for a moment, not entirely sure what to do, how to react. It was him, it was really him and she suddenly felt almost happy that she was here. "Doctor!" She said, after a moment, shaking her head and how silly she was being. "It's lovely to see you," she said honestly, stepping back to allow him to enter. "Please come in, it's been so very long."
