"Uh, yeah," Sam replied, looking downward. It wasn't something that he liked to talk about. Mostly because there wasn't much about it that he could remember, aside from the pain and terror that followed when he suddenly woke up in an entirely new location with no idea as to what had happened to him. And the scar. He subconsciously reached back with his arm and pressed his fingers flat against the spot where he knew that jagged line would be. It had faded some since then, but it was still there. A constant reminder of the sacrifice that had been made for his life.
