Lately, Mary Jane hadn't been thinking being normal was so nice, but she wasn't going to bring that up. She already felt bad enough after having made such a self-pitying fuss over the boards. She was just going to move on and be done with it.
She glanced over her own shoulder when Clark pointed backwards, and even though she couldn't tell which building he was motioning to, she didn't figure it would be hard to find anyway. "I bet," she replied with a frown when she looked back at him. "It's bad enough in a normal place when tragedies happen. But here, it's...it's everyday. More than once, a lot of the time." A pause. "I'm sure it helps people stay informed, though. Not everyone gets to live in a hotel full of heroes, after all."
