Terry lofted a brow. "You gotta get out more." All in good natured teasing fun, but seriously. He had a girlfriend at one point, a best friend or two. It seemed Clark's friends probably only wore spandex and secretly saved the world a few dozen times. Maybe he would have to take him out and show him a good time one of these days. "Being Batman has it's perks, lots of toys. " But it wasn't all easy, there had been so many times he wanted to tell his mother and brother what he did at night, where he went. Even his girlfriend was in the dark about half of him and it was dis hearting. To know that they would never know that part of his life at times felt like the end of the world. At the same time, it protected theirs. Kept them safe, the less they knew the better. He dealt with some real freaks out there and he didn't want them near his family.
"I don't know if I'm up for holding hands and singing songs with this "Justice League" of yours, but if you ever need me..." From his belt, he pulled out a tiny tracking device shaped like a bat. "Just press the button and I'll know where you are." He shrugged. Holding it out for Clark and smirking. Even chuckling at Clark's attempt to get a job. "I think I'll spare giving out free rides in the bat plane to get a job and just check out this Hyperion place instead."
