While in Smallville, Oliver had a handle on things. He knew what was what and didn't have difficulty maintaining control. Los Angeles was a completely different story. A confusing one, at that; especially when alternate versions of friends and teammates had a habit of appearing randomly. It was quite a lot for Oliver to process.
"I think that would be a great idea," he surmised. There were some things he'd like to discuss with Diana and even with the secure network, Oliver would feel much more comfortable speaking with Diana in person.
