Who: Newt Livingston and Open to anyone who can handle his ignorance. Or anyone who wants to try and get him angry for being stupid.
What: Musical instrument shopping!
When: In the afternoon
Where: Some big, fancy rock store only a senator's son could have a splurge at.
Rating: Not high to begin with.
So maybe instead of shopping for certain frivolities that he didn't even need, Newt could have been perhaps trying to find a good place to stay, or even working out a way to get back to Washington DC as it was clear Mina and Cory weren't planning on showing up for his little one man part any time soon. In order for that to happen, though, the boy in question would have to have more common sense than a rock and a little more awareness when it came to the time he was in. He still hadn't worked out that it wasn't 2008 anymore, and it was instead 2005. Not that it would phase him, he'd probably just think he was in some sort of bizarre comedy. His eyes lingered at the entrance to the store, and they slowly widened as he took everything in. Okay, so when it came to the music industry he could pretty much say he had seen more impressive stores than this. But come on, guitars were practically calling to him FROM EVERY ANGLE.
When he finally got over the initial shock, he rolled on into the store, dismissing the guy at the counter with a simple, "It's cool, dude. I know my music," before making a beeline towards the string section. The otherwise quiet store, with the Hendrix tunes playing in the background had its atmosphere interrupted when the blonde's voice sounded through the store, "Half price on Mandolins?!" He exclaimed, eyebrows shot up and mouth wide open, "AWESOME!!"
