The doors coming open caught her by surprise. Apparently she would need a sign to warn strangers that this building was in fact not open to the public. Or, she could have remembered to lock the front door. Regardless, she rolled her eyes and headed to the banister overlooking the large open foyer below.
Selene was not a common woman but tonight she looked the part. The days hard work had left her midnight ringlets messy and damp with persperation. There was dusty smudged on her bare shoulders. Walking to the railing the wide legs of her loose pants brushed softly over the tops of her feet. Peering down at the man below she sighed.
"I am sorry sir, this is a private building, it is no longer open to the public." There was a soft nod of her head. "Accept my apologies." At least he was not a vagrant. Selene was worried she would have to chase some drunk, bum from the building. This man looked resonable enough. Held his head with arrogance.
