While Anakin was enjoying playing the role of the father he never got the chance to be, he was finding it to be...suffocating at times. Due to the threat presented by Wolfram & Hart and Exar Kun against his son, Anakin had spent the past month glued to his son's side. He'd hardly a moment to himself and when he did, Luke had been attacked. If it hadn't been for the Avatar, Luke wouldn't still be here with them. But even he needed a break from all that. So when the opportunity arose to have Luke presented to his old Jedi Master, along with someone his granddaughter deemed trustable, in attempt to block Luke's mind from Exar Kun's attempts, he latched hold of it. Out of a desire to not be around Obi-Wan and a need for some free time, Anakin had sent Luke along with Jaina instead. He trusted her to keep Luke safe or die trying.
The now-free former Sith Lord was asleep on the couch, in nothing but gi pants after practicing some lightsaber techniques. The blade lay un-activated on the table beside him, his gloved arm cast over his face to hide the light from his eyes. He slept soundly without any worry, something he hadn't done in a while. Nights were usually spent futiley trying to keep the ancient Sith out of his son's head...sleep was something Anakin Skywalker needed to catch up on.
Although, unfortunately for him, his little nap had turned into a whole four hours of being sound asleep.
