What: Food hunting
When: Late afternoon/early evening
Where: Some street
Rating: TBD
All work and no play made Booth a very dull boy. By that logic, he had been extremely dull many times in the past year, but had decided his work was exempt from that string of logic as it could get pretty intense. It did apply to Booth's research on how he arrived and how he could get home. The physics of the universe went over his head on this one and having to look up every third word or law was really starting to put a drain on his nerves.
So he hit the street after leaving a note for Abby under her door that he was heading out to take a walk, get some air, and clear his head. Confusion just didn't suit him.
He wanted sushi, the good kind like back home, not the stuff some restraunt thought they could serve because it looked exotic. His stomach rumbled at the idea and he stopped to call Information on his cell. He couldn't reach anyone he knew, except Abby, but it managed local numbers just fine. Figured. The woman on the other line rattled off several places as Booth scrambled to write them all down on a napkin that that he'd borrowed along with a pen. Once the call was over, he was stuck trying to figure out just where he was.
Glancing down the street at the sign, he weighed his choices before turning to start walking the opposite way. Instead, he ran into someone, stumbling as he tried to lessen the impact. "Sorry about that..."
