Closing the laptop as he felt the stirrings of consciousness from the boy, Exar Kun rose to his feet from the leather couch he'd been occupying, approaching Luke's position on the floor and stooping by his side. Skinny arms jerked as the tiny blond came awake all at once, and chains rattled as he abruptly arched, screaming, body a near-perfect arch, tendons standing out in bared arms and legs and nails ripping at the concrete. --He left bloody trails behind, fingertips a bleeding mess and nails broken and mostly torn away by now.
"Shh, shh.." the Sith Lord soothed, catching both small hands in one of his own broad palms, leaning down to kiss the ruined fingers delicately, tongue swiping at the blood as if he were a cat. Blue eyes, like the sky once, but now glazed and mindless, turned toward him, and the boy slowly relaxed back against the ground again, expression falling into blank lines as tears spilled down the childish face. "There, now, that's better," he purred, and was amused as those blue eyes flickered up to watch the movements of his tongue in witless innocence.
"You have no idea what I'm doing to you, anymore, do you?" he queried, humour filtering into his voice and not actually expecting an answer. "You do know that I hurt your sister, though. That's what that scream was for, wasn't it?" Quiet laughter echoed as Luke's face grew anxious, a hurt bewilderment slowly growing in his expression and gaze. Even beneath the blood and bruises, the Sith Lord could tell that the idea of his family being harmed frightened the traumatised boy----and used it mercilessly. "You're going to be a good boy from now on, aren't you? You're going to do just as I say." The frantic nod was enough for Kun, who offered a beatific smile as he stroked the small throat, fingers tightening around it casually.
Beneath his palm, breath wheezed in through the damaged throat, weak choking growing steadily weaker.
"Good." His hand let up, and Luke's next breath was a sob. It was such a pretty sound that he couldn't help himself-- he bent, tasting the blood bubbling up against the child's mouth, his own closing almost adoringly over Luke's. A lover's kiss, if the situation had been different and they had been other people. If Luke had been the man Exar Kun had first known, and if the Sith Lord himself had been-- different.
Yes. If he'd been the weak Jedi he'd once been, he might have--
Well. That was over four-thousand years ago, and he was not a Jedi any longer.
Pulling back at last, tongue sliding out to clean away the blood from his lips, he smiled as he watched more tears fall---silent, so silently---and reached up to smooth bright hair away from the pale, dirty face.
"Pray, Darling," he cooed, gaze flickering toward the door. "Pray that Daddy comes for you."
