Jack was rather done with this place when it came to women. Or at least trying to befriend them, because thus far they had proven to be maddening unhelpful or willing and quite simply rude at times. However, he had no issues in finding temporary friends when the need arose. He didn't know why he was bother, though, by the lack of communication from Lizzie. Really, she was a tart at times, a young thing that needed guidance and reassurance and all those silly things that girls liked. Jack couldn't be that man, but...when this city was filled with people and technologies above and beyond them, he had rather hoped for bonding with the soon-to-be female pirate lord. How else could the past stand against the future?
He took to wandering about the Strip, finding an easy target to pickpocket in less then ten minutes. He was proud to be so fruitful and so quickly, humming softly to himself as he counted his treasure and waltz walked.
