The T-850 had scanned the several snakes that had bitten him on the left hand and neck. They were unidentified, their classification not listed in any book or database. That was enough to know that they were indeed dangerous.
Of course he felt no pain when their fangs pierced his skin. It was more like a suit anyway, a set of clothes, something to conceal that metal endoskeleton underneath. The wounds would heal in a day or so. He deduced that these serpents, due to their venomous nature was a threat to the hotel's residents; specifically, they were a threat to John. They could not be allowed to exist any longer.
The Machine left the room, his infra-red scanning for the snake beasts. He had his guns on him, but decided not to use them. Gunfire would probably be a bit loud for the victims, and thus affect them negatively.. and he didn't want to chance that one would be shot. So, he opted for the hands-on approach. He was walking in the hallway now.
A snake had jumped in the air, hissing, going right for someone's throat. He shot his hand out, his reflexes allowing him to grab it and hold fiercely. Like a factory press, he tightened, squeezed, and clenched the fist.. and the beast's neck was broken, the life cut off. "You are terminated."
He looked down and saw that another snake had sunk its tooth into a leg of his leather pants. "Stop." Not waiting for a reply, he reached own with both hands, holding both ends of the snake. He pulled. And the creature was now in two pieces.
A snake was slithering on the carpeted corridor floor. He pulled a knife from his coat. His systems targeted a vulnerable spot, then he threw it. The blade went through the top of the head, through the throat, and stuck in the floor. It writhed in pain and stopped after some violent hissing.
T-850 then reached down and withdrew the knife, holding it in one hand. His boot stepped on the dead serpent as he walked on. He continued onward, scanning for more snakes that were threatening the people...
