Who: Ty's NPC Black Ops team, NPC demons What: Multiple Captures When: Late at night, a few days after Ty's arrival Where: Various locations around LA Rating: PG Status: Complete Note: Anyone who does Patrols can start to hear whispers of demons going missing or being 'hunted.' They can choose to take this as a good thing or not, or assume that maybe someone else had just taken them down
Teams had been spread out all over the city. They'd been warned not to go for anyone too high up, to well known. At least not yet. Not until they were fully secure. But orders had come in that there were holding rooms ready, the doctors were eager for the chance to study things they'd never find in their books or regular work. Word from the boss had come, and once the sun had set, men, dressed in nothing overly special to attract attention, but armed with enough weaponry to take down their targets spread throughout the city.
A vampire in the downtown area had been coming out of a bar, a bag of kittens in his hands. They followed him for a while, back to his crypt in a cemetery. When they were sure no one was going to notice, they truck. All too soon they had him bound, and in the midst of transportation back to the Compound.
There were many demons they didn't have names for. Ty didn't have time to stalk them all and learn their names. At least not the demons. The more interesting ones, he'd get to know before he hit. But real vicious ones? They men would bag them, and they could identify their species later.
A demon with horns that didn't seem to speak English proved to be quite the interesting target. It took a few men to take him down, one of them walked away with a sprained wrist, but he would be okay in the end. The demon was unconscious and bound as he was transported back.
It happened multiple times that night. Various demons would leave one place, and never arrive from to their next locations. Had the Slayers got them? Or one of their teams. It was possible, though not all of them were hostile, some peaceful. And Slayers weren't supposed to kill the peaceful kinds, were they? At least, they hadn't been.
In the end the men landed five demons in one night. A good haul. Something Ty loved was the simple fact that they were much more easy to find here than back home. They all looked human at home, for the most part. There was more of them, and they were easier to spot. But he wasn't so much interested in typical demons. No, it was the rare ones.
Jedi, Angels, demons from other worlds? Really. How awesome was that? They would be more interesting. A once in a lifetime opportunity, really. And as soon as he was ready, they'd be next.
