Guy turned around as he heard her voice. He wasn't sure he'd ever felt more relieved to see her. He gulped, his eyes moving over her.
"Marian," he breathed. His deep voice was shaking slightly, but he felt he was at least entitled to that after the day he'd had. He was traumatised! He'd been readying himself to murder the most important man in the Angevin Empire, and the next thing he knew, he was here. He'd nearly been hit by one of those fast moving, noisy boxes before a man yelled at him and he had jumped out of the way. He'd made his way into the first building he'd seen, demanding that someone explain what had happened. Luckily, the nice lady behind the high wooden table had been very patient with him and calmed him down enough to point him in the directions of the whirring boxes he'd managed to talk to Marian on.
Still, until he'd heard her voice he wasn't sure she'd come. He wasn't sure if it was even real. If he wasn't feeling quite as shaken, he'd have hugged her and never let go. As it was, he just stared at her.
