Dr. Grimm smiled with a quick nod of her head, "Same to you Talion." She eyed his attire for the first time, and raised a brow. Boy, things were just getting weirder around here, but then again she might've looked weird to him. She looked back up at him as he started speaking again.
"Oh boy. You're in for a treat then." Dr. Grimm reached up, rubbing the back of her neck and let out a short sigh. "No check in, and no check out I'm afraid." She started walking towards the desk, a small limp visible in her walk and she shoved her hands down into the pockets of her khakis. "The mansion draws people to it, somehow, someway." She paused once she neared the gates, pulling her hand from her pocket and waving it over them. "Typically they come through here, but you didn't which throws my theory off about the gates." She dropped her hand to her side, and eyed them for a moment.
Going on over to the desk she saw a key lying there, along with a map to the mansion. Picking them both up she turned around, holding them out in front of her. "The mansion seems to know when people arrive, and it sets up everything according to their needs. So don't be surprised if your room is the same as yours wherever you're from." She lifted a shoulder and then nodded. "Other than being stuck in the past and in a place I don't know, I'm doing better than I was two days ago." She offered him a smile, seeing the worn look on his features. "The map will tell you who's here, what room they're in and tell you where everything else is located at."
She watched him carefully, knowing how draining and confusing this all could be. "I can answer some questions. I'm still getting the hang of being here, and still figuring things out myself." She would share with him everything that she knew about the mansion if he wanted to know. There wasn't any reason to hold that sort of information from a new arrival. Going over to where he stood, she held out the key and the map.
