What is your character doing in LA? What's a bit of their history? What do they want to do?
One look at this little guy would probably make any mother on the street kidnap him and take him home. And that has always been a problem for Yuri. Now that he's started high school, all he wants is to fit in and grow up properly, but he's been cursed with short genes and a pretty cute face. As a result, it's hard for people to take him seriously and even bullies at school don't touch him because they feel sorry for him. "It's like we'd be stepping on a puppy," is what they always say and even if it's meant to save his skin, Yuri hates it. So he tries to lift weights as often as he can and drinks a lot of protein shakes as well as light incense and pray to his ancestors that he just might grow taller and bulk up.
His club activity at school is gymnastics, being the star of their team. While his height is perfect for it and he loves it, he still wishes he could be considered a tough guy. He's turning 16 but nobody can ever guess his age and he really wishes he could grow out of his skinny frame (he has, in fact, wished that ever since he entered his teens).
In his spare time, he can be seen at the skate park or at the nearby game center.
