24-year-old Sho is a certified movie buff. His addiction to movies is one reason why he absolutely loves his job working the projector machines at the cinema. At home, his room is covered in posters of the greatest movies (in his opinion anyway) ever shown, from Gone With the Wind (sho: IT'S A CLASSIC. SHUT UP.) to Enter the Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story to E.T and the Indiana Jones Trilogy.

People think he aspires to be a filmmaker but all Sho really wants is to just keep watching movies, even the flops because he loves a good story. He has a degree in scriptwriting, believing that for the movie industry to stay alive, there needs to be more scriptwriters entering the scene. He's currently working on what he feels will be an epic Shogun movie, like that of Akira Kurosawa's but he's still too shy to submit it and keeps editing things when he has new ideas.

Sho lives in Anaheim with his parents and younger brother, Yuya, who shares his passion for movies. In his free time, Sho likes to go skateboarding or surfing, depending on the weather or unless there's a good movie coming out.


Matsumoto Takanori or Ruki to everybody else in the ad agency he works for, has always been on top of his game. He's been working for that same agency for 5 years, transforming it into one of the most competitive agencies in the West Coast because of his neverending stream of ideas that rakes clients in. He's known to be quirky and energetic in the office, no thanks to the supply of sweets he keeps on his desk and his constant cravings for sugar.

He is both a lensman and a graphic designer, meshing his skills behind the camera and the computer into attractive magazine ads or TV commercials. In spite of the wild clothes and wild hairstyles, his colleagues adore and respect him and constantly back him up when new clients approach them and are a little wary of Ruki's personality.

Ruki is now 26, still hyper and energetic, though a part of him is rather lonely. Success is nice and it feeds the family, but he comes home to nobody save his cat, Yukari, since the family he feeds is back in Japan. He loves the rain, sweets (naturally), shoes and Christmas.

He also has an affinity for scooters, using one at the office just for the hell of it and you can always see him cruising up and down the aisles like a kid.
