Hi guys! I don't know if it's bad luck or the time of year or what, but I've never really had a conversation with Taylor or Georgia. I don't think that's exactly normal, especially a month into the opening of the game and Georgia still doesn't have a listed IM for contact. I hace Taylor on my list but I have never once seen him online. Has anyone else? Are they still paying attention here? I know they just posted a day change but before that it was a long stretch of nothing.
Perhaps this is just me being worried. I've never really experienced so hands off a method of moderating. I guess I just wanted to know if we are living up to the mods expectations? Are we taking the story in the right direction and interpreting the history correctly? Are they even still playing in the game they created? What's the lay of the land here?
I don't know if they are waiting for us to come to them about scenes or what? Is it just that they are busy with school? What's going on? Hello? ....Bueller?

I will be gone for a week starting tomorrow, and then a few days after that I'll be attending an anime convention. But! In those few days that I'll be home, I'll be more than ready to get more writing done, if anyone wants to play with Tak.

What are you most proud of about your life (excluding career and education)?
Allie: I'm really proud of myself for standing up to both of my parents, working to be independent and getting out on my own. True, I've been lonely but I think being self sufficient has been the best salve for those feelings.
Jake: I'm really proud of myself for not caving in and dumbing down the force of my intelligence with the easy path, i.e. sex. I could be laying up in Velma's Oracle, raking in the dough on my back but hey, I'm not. I'm out here in the streets, being myself and making my fortune according to my own rules. So that's what I'm the most proud of myself for, making my own rules and playing by them.

Okay, so! My name is Staehli, and I was wrangled into playing Asher Weldon's tamer by Shawna. ^^ I'm normally pretty nice. Mostly, I just enjoy writing; I'm excited about it now more than ever because I had thought that my muse had abandoned me for hookers and cheap booze, but he seems to be forgiving me.
Umm, what else... I can't think of anything. ._. But! I definitely look forward to getting to meet everyone and writing up a storm. ^^
EDIT: Oh, right. I live on the West coast, so I'm on Pacific time. I'm almost always on AIM. :3

What is your idea of an ideal date?
Allie: I love to get dressed up and go out. Dinner and dancing is the best way to spend a date. The dinner doesn't even have to be expensive, just nice and the dancing can happen at home, to the radio. ;-)
Jake: I don't date. Ok, ok, ok, if I was going to date it would have to happen someplace private, away from all the curious eyes in my neighborhood. Maybe a little booze, a little take out, then we'll see where it goes from there.

Kevin: "A piano, or maybe an acoustic guitar." With a pointed look at John he adds, "Something that doesn't rely on electricity."

I believe it's my turn for introductions. :D I am Finch, and I am bringing in Tristan Davies (no relation to Thaddeus Davies). He's an amoveis who will be bonded with Klein Amsel in the near future. He's 19 (soon to be 20) and attends New Rome Univeristy (and is torn on what to major in and may lose his mind and decide a double major would be peachy). He works at the Silver Coast Aquarium, and he's from Wales. He lives with his dad and step-mum in Mercen in one of the West End Manors, and he attended St. Lucious Academy from the time he was about 11 (when his family moved to the area) so he might know of some of the other people who attended and are around his age (if anyone wants. Friends are always good). His dad's a lawyer with Wolfram & Hart, and his step-mum's a fashion designer. He has an older half-brother and an older half-sister who are both bonded tamers (and are so up for play if anyone wants to play one). He's been an inductee member of Silverbane for maybe seven or eight years. He's not particularly active since he's not bonded and has no real skills that could be considered valuable, at least in his opinion. For the most part, he's a pretty nice, go with the flow kind of guy, but he can bite without warning if provoked. He has more info here for anyone interested.
As for me, I'm 22 and live in the USA on EST (GMT -5 or something), and I can be reached on AIM at Armed and Clever and on gchat and e-mail at armedandclever@gmail.com. I'm friendly, so feel free to poke me for a hello and a chat or plot or whatever if you see me on, and I don't introduce myself to you first! Well, this is an introduction, so I guess I should introduce myself. Hi! My name is Spiffy and I'll be playing Amaryllis. I'm weird and socially awkward initially, but don't let that put you off! I'm looking forward to making you all very uncomfortable in the future. ;D
So. I guess I should inform you on Amaryllis instead of having you read through her "too long so don't read" biography. She's human and tamer to ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) simplealchemy. She's also doing her residency as a veterinarian over at the Kings James Zoo, which probably comes in handy when treating injured amoveis in their animal forms. In their human forms......not so much. Amaryllis is also a Silverbane Knight and is very involved, so I'm guessing she gets around a lot. You'll find her living in Midrowe Apartments, paid by her parents--it's not too far from them, but at least it lets her get away sometimes. She'll play nice if she has to, but she won't be looking forward to making any friends anytime soon. :/
I'm sure there will be definite plottage with some people, so come hit me up anytime! 8D My AIM is SPIFFY er and my gmail shares the same name. I might get around to some people, but shyness might sudden strike and gasp, I won't be able to bother some of you! So comment here or catch me on AIM, where I spend my life on.
