Katrina Van Tassel - lightning witch, shamed maiden, mother of the bastard 'Young' John Masbath. His father is John Masbath (I), the Big Bad Wolf. Her own father is Baltus Van Tassel, the Mayor of Hallowtide. He works directly for the Pumpkin King, serving the community. The shame she'd brought upon her house was lessened when her stepmother joined their family (allegedly). Mary Van Tassel is actually a pox on their house, but her shiny exterior and skill for flattery and feigning goodness keep her on top. Katrina isn't fooled.
