Our Fire Emblem sort-of musebox!

The group is in their way to Aquleia, the capital of Etruria. The last weeks have been of rather tense calm, with reports of small uprising and strange warriors with golden eyes here and there, but no real big actions. And it's starting to get tiring, specially with the very limited news about political moves in the countries and leagues themselves.

This is the moment in which the group takes its last rest before reaching the nearest town and spending the night there. Juliette is now enjoying the beautiful sunset, while Chiharu noms on some grass distractedly; if you want to either specifically speak to her or just make small chat, it's fine.

Alexis is leaning against a tree, staring into the flames of the campfire not too far away. It's cool out, but despite this, he decides it's a lot nicer outside underneath the stars than inside some stuffy tent.

((OOC: THERE WILL BE SMUT BETWEEN ALEXIS AND KRISTY.))

[Your group is about to reach for a nearby town. It looks like it's gonna be an uneventful arrival! Night is gonna fall, there's not a lot of noise around, and if you hurry up a little, you'll soon be resting in the inn or purchasing your much needed supplies.

Except that it looks like a group of weird looking people is in your way...

"Weird" is an understatement. They don't seem to be bandits, as they look far less brutish and are covered in dark cloaks. But take a closer look and you'll see they're all pale, quiet, and their eyes have odd colors. It's kinda like they either are drunk, or dead, or both.

And now that they have seen you and your group, they're getting their magic books ready! No time for questions, you'll have to do something before they either raid the village or attack YOU...

Exhaustion.

Absolute exhaustion.

His routine was always hectic. Being the leader of his pegasus units, Karon was swamped with loads of responsibilities; it was very stressful on him, really. However, he wasn't the type to let his troops down- he just continued his job without complain. That's what a leader does, he believed. To make it even more stressful for him, Karon had gotten into yet another spat with his elder brother, Sheron, but that was nothing new. The two never saw eye-to-eye with each other, even as children.

At the moment, he had nothing he was supposed to do at the moment. He decided to take his pegasus to a secluded area, where no one would find them, and Karon decided just to lay down with his pegasus for five minutes, in said secluded area.

Karon ended up sleeping for two hours.

How embarrassing, for a so-called 'leader'.

All Mai wanted to do was bathe in the nearby river and ponder upon her awesomeness. That was all. She didn't expect to be alone, because this was a popular bathing spot and half of the camp, quite frankly, could use a bath or three.

She caught sight of red hair and figured it was just Alexis or her sister Deliliah, though upon coming closer to the river, the hair was too short to be Delilah's. She thought then maybe it was Kristy, until the figured turned around and she saw it was Alexis.

Alexis is bathing naked! Mai thought, and then realised that Alexis, though extremely flat-chested, was a girl like her, and that she shouldn't be bothered by this.

Well, normally it wouldn't bother her, except for the fact that, when Alexis got out of the water, there were some stark differences between Alexis and Mai. Differences that shouldn't be there.

Mai screamed.

((ooc: in case you are confused, Mai just found out, in a rather shocking way, that Alexis is not a girl.))

Alexis is sitting in camp with the others, poking at the fire with a stick. She stares at the flames for a minute or two, a contemplative look on her face. She sighs and looks to the dagger at her side, the one made specially for her the day she was accepted to Pherae-Ostia's ranks. She fingers it lovingly for a moment before looking up at the others.

"So..." Alexis has always been bad at breaking the silence. She clears her throat. "Anyone give their weapons a special name?" She knows it sounds cheesy, to give a weapon some sort of name--after all, it's not a living creature. "I named my dagger 'Arcana', which in the words of my people in Nabata, means 'secrecy'."

((OOC: This is near the beginning, where no one knows that Alexis is really a boy. Keep that in mind when you interact with him.))

Many a decade has passed since the last big war. The continent of Elibe has been in a state of relative peace, despite minor quarrels between the lords.
Recently, Laus’ rebels have taken an influential lord captive. This has caused a major uproar and old grudges are being brought up again.
It is up to his daughter to form an army of powerful men and women, rescue him, and restore peace.
