- Website and mission updates
We are happy to announce that the new OTW website is now live:

http://www.transformativeworks.org

The website will continue to grow, but you can learn more about the current status of the projects that fall under the umbrella of the OTW: the archive, the journal, legal assistance, and the wiki.

We'd like to draw your attention to our vision, our values, and our mission statement. Members of the OTW have listened to many conversations in many venues about these core values of the organization, and held many conversations among ourselves about them. We hope you see that level of attention reflected in the vision, values, and mission statement. We feel that it now represents as well as is possible the goals and directions of this organization. The OTW welcomes your feedback: most likely we will not be making additional changes in the near future, as a stable mission is important for moving forward and building the organization, but we will always be listening and there is always room for our organization and our mission to evolve over time.

The OTW of course does not represent all of fandom, as no one entity can make that claim. But we hope that many of you will find enough common ground with these goals to continue to support and participate in the OTW. At the core, this is what we believe in passionately and will work to achieve: to serve the interests of fans by providing access to and preserving the history of fanworks and fan culture in its myriad forms.

Please visit the OTW website!
