otp; claim yours! Welcome to otp, where you claim your favorite pairings! If you like claiming communities and have an identity you wish to claim, have a look at iam (a place where you can claim who you are to Insanejournal).
otp; rules! 1. Only three claims per person. Your claim can be person x person or any fashion of what you'd like. 2. Write "no pairings are better!" in the subject line. To further reduce confusion and keep things simple, please write "person x person (fandom/profession) is my otp." First name is to be first and last name is to be last. I know Japanese names go last name first and first name last, but please do not add confusion for the mods. 3. Put your pairings in the format of "Name x Name from fandom (fandom medium)". Example: Sora x Kairi from Kingdom Hearts (video game). 4. Include last names, if possible. 5. For the fandom, put whatever the fandom first appeared in (ie: if it was a book first, or what). 6. You can't claim what anyone else has. Check the list. 7. It's your responsiblity to tell us if you want claims cancelled, changed, or moved. If you update a claim, your claim will be linked to the entry requesting it. Please, list all of your claims (new and old) in the new entry so we can delete the old. 8. Put a link of some sort in your userinfo, on your journal, or in a claims post stating your claims and linking back to otp. 9. Remain a member of the community (this doesn't mean you have to watch it). 10. Try not to hold conversations in comments. If mods see there's comments on a post, we think the claim has been taken care of! 11. Only use personal journals. If you haven't updated your journal in 31/30 days, you cannot claim. Also, if your journal is abandoned you may lose your claim in a future claims check. 12. A reply will be posted to your entry when your claim is added to the list.
