The bar's fully stocked - for now - and behind said bar is the current head bartender. Now, we're not exactly sure how this switch took place. Maybe it was the weird dimensional shift, maybe the Bar got confused, but there's a new head bartender and he's confused about this choice, but he'll give it a go.
Keep in mind that he is sight impaired. But also keep in mind that his other senses are heightened to an amazing degree. He can tell the difference in alcohols by taste and / or smell. (He might be able to do so by touch, but it's a waste to pour good stock over his hand just to see if he can determine vodka from bourbon.)
However, given his impaired vision, the Bar, herself, might have a slight tendency to mix things up a bit when patrons order drinks from her. Especially if a 'tender from an earlier shift puts bottles back in the wrong locations. Imagine your Tequila Sunrise made with Blue Curacao instead of Grenadine (which, while not alcoholic, is a key ingredient in several mixed beverages). Odd taste there, no? While it won't kill you, it may make you splutter a bit. Just don't spit on the bar and things should be just fine.
Jim's behind the bar and ready to serve. "What'll you have, chief?"
