New Player Checklist

(You may want to print this list to cross things off once you're done them.)

Log in to your new journal to make sure the password we gave you works properly. If it doesn't, reply to the acceptance e-mail we sent you, and we'll get it fixed.

Validate the e-mail address for your new journal. In most cases, the mods will have already entered your e-mail address into the journal's profile for you, but if you do not validate your e-mail:
1. you will not be able to change your password (step 3),
2. you will not be able to post to the game's communities (step 8), and
3. your journal may in fact be deleted by IJ (eventually).

Change your password to something the mods don't know.

Decide why your character hasn't been active previously. If you're stuck, we have some suggestions.

Change the text in the following journal entries (already posted for you), if you wish:
1. Q & A entry
2. RSVP entry
Update your friends list.

Take a gander at the following posts to get your feet wet:
