CHARACTERS: Rosalie Hale and Edward Cullen

It was hours, maybe a day... Rosalie didn't know time anymore now that she was ' out of high school' again, although truthfully they all were now. She didn't even bother to count how many times she graduated high school, or college for that matter. It was pointless to think about, although she did sometimes wonder why she hadn't gone to fashion school yet. She decided it would be the next thing she looked into. Her and Emmett could move somewhere and she could study fashion and he could study something else, they could be newlyweds working towards a great life together before heading off to Spain to design for a great company. At least that's what she'd tell everyone after it was time to go.
Rosalie hated not being able to be out in the sun around people sometimes, because she knew if she weren't a vampire she'd be adored and so many girls would be jealous of her. Although she wouldn't hold some of the beauty she did now. It was sort of a catch 22 and one that she wasn't too found of either. Was it that difficult to just find a way to be seen more? For people to notice how beautiful she was.
She was leaning against the tree in the rain watching the rain fall trying to catch her reflection in one of the drops. It was a pointless effort but it was a mindless one. Actually it was sort of amusing. She had a soft smile on her face as she amused herself. She knew Emmett would give her a hard time when she came in if she dare got anything wet or muddy. She knew he'd tell her about how she made him change, but Rosalie would change right away. She wouldn't get her room dirty or messy.
She was half aware of footsteps coming towards her, the sent giving Edward away. She turned to look at him, she didn't speak... her mind just asked What are you doing here? It wasn't that she actually asked him in her mind because she wanted to. It was just her reaction to seeing him, before she could speak the words.
